Allow yourself to be charmed by our veal sweetbreads or by our suggestion of meats varied by the rhythm of local arrivals.

By working with local farmers, we guarantee the quality of the ingredients.

For the little

It is due to the most recognized Toulousian Tenor, Victor Capoul, that we owe the creation of the Brasserie Capoul. Built simultaneously with the hotel, it was at first a place of welcome and accommodation for passing travelers and gradually asserted itself as an institution in the Toulousian landscape.

Inescapable at tea time for the ladies in the 1970’s, the Capoul received all the Toulousian cream: lawyers, artists, business men, all crowded in 13, place Wilson to take possession of one of the 130 precious sesames in the time of a meal. A place full of history and poetry!!

We welcome you for lunch and dinner, 7 days a week, in room or outdoor on our warmed terrace, situated in the heart of Place Wilson.
